Your Shipping Options
Heavy equipment shipping can take many forms, and our comprehensive know-how means we can help you determine precisely which method works best for your cargo.

These methods may include:

  • Roll-on/roll-off: This is perhaps the most common option because it is the simplest. If the item being shipped has wheels, it can be rolled onto the vessel via a ramp, and then rolled back off once it arrives at its destination.
  • Flat rack: Similar to a flatbed trailer, this process involves lifting the piece of equipment on a rack. After it is secured, the rack is loaded onto the deck of the ship for the duration of the journey. This usually requires a crane or forklift, depending on the item’s size.
  • Towing: If it does not have to cross overseas, towing may be the most prudent choice. We can arrange for qualified drivers to haul the item from one point to another via highways.

Let Us Do Your Heavy Lifting
We understand that the heaviest shipments require the most delicate touch. We know that providing the highest level of care and attention to detail is the key to success when it comes to transporting large machines such as yours. No matter what you need to ship or its size, you can expect the same degree of professionalism and respect we offer our client base.
